Kasha Vande
fell in love with India immediately upon her arrival in Pondicherry in 2001.
Seduced by the colors and textures of Indian life, she opened her US based import company, Feel India Inc. to share the wealth of her new home with boutiques and individuals back in the USA.
Kasha Ki Aasha was opened when she found for feel India could not be found in the small city of Pondicherry. Using her international architectural and management background she set up K.K.A in an old Tamil house offering her clients news products in a traditionnal ambiance.
G. Banu
Banu manages the KKA team and also does the embroidery and design for many of our products.
G. Valli
Valli is in char ge of our restaurant customers and serves up the best cappuccino in town.
M.Vanni
Vanni manages our day kitchen where she makes our fresh salads and soups daily. Don't be surprised as you may find her practicing embroidery as well.
Monique is our evening chef and incorporates her own north Indian culinary experience into our menu.
C.Poorani
Poorani manages our computer based inventory and accounting systems.
G.Sumathi
Sumathi keeps our terrace full of blossoms and prepares our fresh juices.
Isabelle, Gowri, Shanti, Elisa, Madeleine, Arul and Tamil Amban support our chefs and clients and maintain our premises and also deserve special mention.
